Mortgage Operations Specialist
Job Description
Summary: Assist in all areas of the Mortgage Operations division, as directed. Areas of focus will include: Closing, Underwriting, Post Closing, Funding, and Servicing.Input acceptance and receipt of findings into DataTrac system.Be available to processors and originators for general guideline interpretations and questions on specific loan files. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.Mortgage banking and/or financial certifications preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage banking, secondary marketing, wholesale or related capacity.

RESIDENTIAL LOAN OFFICERS
Job Description
Our parent company, Access National Bank, has a current need for a Residential Lender. Prior Banking or Mortgage experience will position a candidate for success in this self driven role! Candidate will originate, close and manage new & existing lending relationships with residential borrowers while adhering to loan policy guidelines. Partners with mortgage company to generate cross referral business. Must have knowledge of appraisals, title insurance, and legal disclosures. CONSTRUCTION LENDING EXPERIENCE A MAJOR PLUS! Underwriters
Job Description
Handle underwriting of conventional and FHA/VA loans in accordance with company and investor guidelines.Complete thorough analyses of loan files to determine compliance with company, investor and FHA/VA guidelines.Evaluate the entire credit package and collateral for residential mortgage loans to ensure an investment quality loan product. Requirements:"EXPERIENCE WITH VA & FHA LOANS STRONGLY DESIRED" Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 4 years processing experience and 1 year residential first mortgage underwriting experience with sound working knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and FHA/VA underwriting guidelines and familiarity with private investor and private mortgage insurance guidelines. Good written and oral communication skills. Analytical ability with an aptitude for figures.
