BRANCH MANAGERS
Job Description
BRANCH MANAGERS Position Summary: As a Branch Manager for Access National Mortgage it is key that loan production, quality of loans originated and branch profitability targets be met. Manage branch staff activities in originating, processing and closing of residential mortgage loans within the branch’s geographical area, as well as, manage the relationships with other ANM departments. Responsibilities: Prepare branch budget and control operating costs and approve all regular expenses including payroll, marketing, employee reimbursement and services by third party providers. Recruit and hire loan officers, operation manager, processors, underwriters and closers for the branch. Motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels. Minimum Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent residential mortgage experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in residential mortgage origination. Minimum of 2 years experience managing a residential mortgage branch. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products; ability to multitask; excellent attention to detail, communication skills & organizational skills.
