IT Support Specialist
Job Description
Setup/Terminate application accounts for associates. Maintain the inventory of all ANC IT hardware. Setup and configure new PC’s for end user deployment. Answer Helpdesk support line to assist employees. Accomplish first level of associate support, which would include resetting passwords, desktop software installation, email profiles setup, Citrix trouble shooting, printer trouble shooting, and new user walk through. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in information technology. Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, LAN networking, and software installation required. Knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix Presentation Server, and remote software installation technologies a plus. Excellent organizational skills, verbal, customer service, written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively on a team in high-pressure situations. Field maintenance/implementation and/or troubleshooting experience. Schedule is M-F 10:30 am – 6:30 pm with some weekend/after hours work for projects and major installations.

Residential Portfolio Manager
Job Description
This position is currently open and will be based out of our Reston Headquarters. Management of a consumer, residential and residential construction loan portfolio. Originate and close new consumer, residential and residential construction loan relationships using your contacts as well as our referrals. Assumes responsibility for administration of a portfolio of residential construction loans. Responsible for knowing and applying consumer and residential compliance regulations and documentation to the portfolio. Must have a professional, friendly demeanor & good telephone etiquette. Must be able to handle many tasks at a time, and be very comfortable with sales.

Underwriter
Job Description
Complete thorough analyses of loan files to determine compliance with company, investor and FHA/VA guidelines. Evaluate the entire credit package and collateral for residential mortgage loans to ensure an investment quality loan product. Check accuracy of all calculations. Communicate loan decisions to appropriate parties; notification of adverse action must be in writing. Be available to processors and Loan Officers for general guideline interpretations and questions on specific loan files. Respond to post-closing reviews and audits in timely fashion. Perform related duties as directed by the Underwriting Manager. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience. Five years of experience underwriting residential mortgage, specifically Conventional, FHA, and VA. (Will review applicants with two years experience, depending on overall qualifications). Knowledge of Fraud scheme’s and preventative measures. Good written and oral communication skills. Analytical ability with an aptitude for figures. Ability to effectively interact with all branch and company personnel and correspondents. Ability to work effectively under specific time constraints. Excellent attention to detail.
